Step 3 · Await your calendar booking link
MAN LAW OFFICES manually verifies the actual GCash transaction. After verification, staff generates and emails a secure one-time Zoom Scheduler booking link. Select an available slot to receive your booking confirmation and Zoom meeting information.
Submission of payment proof does not automatically confirm an appointment. MAN LAW OFFICES will verify the actual GCash transaction first. After verification, the office will email a secure one-time booking link.
Consultation availability
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Time (Asia/Manila, UTC+8). One-hour appointments start hourly from 6:00 AM through 5:00 PM, subject to availability. No Saturday or Sunday appointments.

Send proof of payment
After payment, email admin@manlawoffices.com with all of the following required information:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- GCash reference number
- Date/time of payment
- Screenshot/proof of payment
- Brief description of the legal concern

Cancellation and rescheduling
Consultation fees must be paid before an appointment may be booked. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, subject to reasonable consideration for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
