Ana Lee Malongayon-Man is a Certified Public Accountant, business owner, and accounting and operations leader with more than a decade of experience in financial audit, accounting, and full-charge bookkeeping. She serves as the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Bookkeeping Accountant and Man Law Offices.

Ana built her professional foundation in external audit. She worked with KPMG Philippines and later with accounting firms in Singapore, serving in senior audit and financial audit supervisory roles. These experiences developed her disciplined approach to financial reporting, internal controls, generally accepted accounting principles, and the careful review of financial information.
Her audit background continues to shape how she approaches accounting engagements. She understands that dependable reports begin with complete records, properly classified transactions, organized supporting documents, timely reconciliations, and careful investigation of exceptions.

Ana’s technical experience covers the complete accounting cycle. She oversees bank, credit-card, and loan reconciliations; journal entries; account classification; customer invoicing and statements; accounts payable and accounts receivable; chart-of-accounts setup; and the maintenance of ledgers and journals.
She also supports bookkeeping cleanup, accounting-system setup, financial-data analysis, financial-statement preparation, and U.S. tax-preparation workflows. Her work includes QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, together with the preparation and review of balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements, and other management reports.

As a business owner and operations leader, Ana’s responsibilities extend beyond technical accounting. She directs client service, account management, quality control, workflow coordination, and the daily operations of the firm.
